Delegate registration

Registering as a delegate for Wildscreen is simple:

1. Log into My Festival.
2. Complete the delegate registration form.
3. Send your photo as requested, electronically if possible.
4. Provide payment details.

Fees

The delegate fee includes access to all Festival areas, screenings, sessions and evening events EXCEPT for the Panda Awards Ceremony and training workshops. Tickets for the awards ceremony can be purchased at the time of booking the delegate pass. Registration for training workshops will be opened in August.

*Priority booking of Award Ceremony places is given to delegates. In the event of any unfilled seats, tickets will be made available for purchase by non-delegates in early September.

Cancellations: There will be a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel before 17 September. We regret no refunds can be made after this date.

Accommodation

Accommodation is NOT included as part of your delegate registration fee; you need to make your own arrangements.
